• A fully equipped kitchen dining area - please tidy up after yourself every time you use the kitchen. We have provided kitchen spray, paper kitchen towel, washing up liquid, bin bags and we have a dishwasher

• A guest only bathroom with bath, power shower, toilet and wash basin

• Quality bed linen and towels provided for your use, each room has a hairdryer, Smart TV, Alexa and luggage rack. 

• Guest Iron, Ironing board and clothes maiden in each room.

• Complimentary teas/coffee

• A private decked and gravel garden with patio furniture.

 

Two Guest Bedrooms are available 

 

Room 1 (Super-king bed)

A super-king size bed dressed with quality bed linen. The bedroom is a very tranquil, bright, airy space with a wooden blinds and lined curtains to ensure you have a good night sleep. Guest Ironing Board, Iron and clothes maiden is available for your use and you have a guest hairdryer, luggage rack and a large oak wardrobe with plenty of shelves, hanging space and hangers. There is a Smart television, recliner chair, side table, lamp, desk and chair to ensure you have a home from home experience.

Room 2 (Twin beds/Super-king bed)

Two single beds dressed with double quilts, these beds also also convert to a super kingsize bed, dressed with quality bed linen and memory foam mattress toppers. The bedroom is a very tranquil, bright, airy space with a blackout blind to ensure you have a good night sleep. You have a guest Ironing Board, Iron and clothes maiden and a guest hairdryer, luggage rack and double wardrobe with plenty of shelves, hanging space and hangers. You can enjoy watching the Smart television or listen to music on Alexa. The room also has a side table, desk and chair, lamps and wi-fi.

Check-In

Our check-in time is between 3 pm to 9 pm No arrivals are accepted after 9pm unless agreed at the booking stage. 

Early arrivals may be available, please enquire at the booking stage if this is possible.
